Sylvain Audet-Găinar (born in 1980) studied literature in Lyon, Bucharest, and Strasbourg. He is a writer (author of the trilogy: Du Rififi à Bucarest, Micmac à Bucarest, and Charivari à Bucarest), translator, and scientific mediator at INALCO. His deeply personal relationship with Romania (where he taught French) is reflected in all of his work, in which he explores memory and identity. Very active on social media, he shares short videos devoted to Romanian language and culture with humor and passion.
